MAHAP 2011 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION / RENEWAL FORM
MAHAP's programs continue to provide a great opportunity to network with your peers and receive educative information that addresses the challenges in the patient access services field. The MAHAP membership period begins with the annual Fall Conference and ends with the last spring meeting (usually April or May) prior to the next year’s Fall Conference.
