The Award provides the recipient with complimentary registration to the next year's Conference in order to defer some of the costs of Conference attendance and to assure the recipient's attendance at the next Conference.

The Wellever-CFS-MAHAP Membership Program Award

We’re pleased to announce that with continuing financial support of Mike Wellever, CFS, and MAHAP, the Wellever Scholarship Program has now become the Wellever-CFS-MAHAP Membership Program.

Created in 2003, the original Wellever Scholarship Program was available only to small hospitals not yet members of MAHAP. The Program’s purpose was and remains to grow MAHAP statewide participation by promoting membership expansion.

The Wellever-CFS-MAHAP Membership Program is now an “Access a Member” Program that will be awarded to the two MAHAP members who bring in the most new members during the 2011 membership year.

The 2011 membership period begins with the Fall Conference 2010 and runs through the Fall Conference of 2011.

The Membership Program Award entitles the two recipients to the following benefits during the 2011 membership year:

(1) Complementary MAHAP membership and
(2a)Complementary enrollment to all three of MAHAP’s 2011 General Education Meetings Or(2b) Complementary registration to the 2011 Fall Educational Conference

The 2011 Membership Program winners will be announced at the 2011 annual Fall Conference.
